How do you dispose your dead fish?

Do you bury it, flush it, trash it, or put it in the freezer? Any other methods?

depends on the individual fish.

large fish, or fish that ive had for awhile ill bury somewhere in one of the gardens.

medium sized fish i usually put in a box or bag and into the trash where one of the neighborhood strays usually makes a snack from. better than the fish going to the landfill i suppose.

real small fish i send down the porcelain highway.

Depends on the size. I haven't had many die (knock on wood). Small ones, I have flushed. I have only lost one big fish, which was a 11" Lap that I buried in the back yard.

i Dont think that any mkf here want to put there fish down the garbage disposal lol even if they are dead

i just normaly trash um or feed them to other fish

feed them to my crayfish. they make perfectly good food. unless they die from disease then they get buried.

I recycle them, throw them in a nearby lake

I either flush them, feed them to the cats, or put them on the barn roof to dry if they're big. The only big fish i've dried was my BGK, it looked pretty cool.
