I had a disaster with my pond today. we are leaving for venezuela tomorrow (will be back soon
) and i was doing a waterchange on the pond i forgot to set the timer however and in the middle of lunch i remembered!!!! i ran out side as fast as i could and saw a terrible sight! my fish were lying on the tarp, NO WATER!!!! the box filter had turned over and sucked al most every last inch of water out. i saw the fish were breathing and got the hose out as fast as i could. as the water was coming in i moved to the place were there was the most water, a small puddle. i thought the ray was dead as it was completely out of water and was a plae color.i rushed it into the growing puddle and was very relieved to see ALL of my fish to be alive and slowly recovering, except my poor pimelodella gracilis it was already dead along with some feeders.
The ray was alive however and moving slightly. then its disc wouldnt move when touched and it was pretty limp. but the eyes were still moving. it was alive!!! i got better slowly and is now darker then usual and acting pretty normal except for what seems like fin rot on its sides what should i do and what should i expect?
