HOW often or when should I clean my Freshwater Sump?

X2 mine are the same way, I run a lot of current through my sump and wet/dry and I generally don't get any debris.

6 layers of floss, before the water gets to the w/d bio balls. Lots of flow, I clean the floss frequently. I pretty much forgot I even have a sump.
