Dear diary,
I have had many great experiences since arriving in this new city; great weather, an abundance of food, and I'd just completed the final touches on my humble abode.
Today everything changed.
I went out to inspect some food entangled in my webbing. In the blink of an eye I was engulfed in an eerie darkness that will haunt me for the rest of my days. It happened so fast, it's hard to recall exactly where it all went wrong.
Unfortunately, I'm currently living on the side of the road with no home to return to. I have no idea where my next meal will come from. I'm afraid I may have to resort to pan handling and begging.
I can only pray that things will pick up for me soon.
