Exactly.......I am surprised at how big of a deal this has become....If this continues, I'm out....Bunch of adults crying about people being on teams? instead of team STFU how about team GTFU......G=grow....

Wow, it's really annoying seeing that thread, seriously, it's been there for like a week or so now.

Actually, I think it's been like three days, but it's still uber annoying.

This will ultimately become the downfall of team awesome. Teams in moderation are funny.. But people start taking it further and further, people start leaving, then the site realizes it and shuts it down. I've seen it before.

That said if you can keep it in one thread, with no overspill, no special section needed for multiple threads, I don't have to hear about it in any other thread/forum. Then I see no problem. But then again who am I. You also have to respect that with any thread people can take offense to it, just don't get too serious with the team in case that does happen. First and formost this is a fish forum and IMO everything else is just extra.

I know how it is when you're having fun with something. But sometimes not everyone see's it as so fun. Not that 35,000 people would leave. But ask a certain piranha site what happened when "teams" got started to this extent and continued branching out. It simply got out of control left to special sections(because their threads cluttered the original lounge so much)/special raffles/etc then got shut down after the admin regretted letting it get so big. Admin's literally had to mention to "team members" who were forum members/mod's to please try spreading knowledge in the fish sections/answering questions instead of hanging in one thread/section all the time.

No it doesn't help that now everyone wants their own team. But you seem to have a grasp on keeping it contained. Which is good. And cool with me.
