I Need a Filter Part for a Top Fin Filter

Hello--

I lost the small flow adjustment dial on a HOB Top Fin Power 30 filter and I got a huge runaround from Petsmart. I'm thinking that if I can find the manufacturer of their filters, then I might be able to buy that piece from them.

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the Top Fin filers for Petsmart? If I can't find anything, I'm thinking of trying to make something out of cork.

I have a top fin 60 as my polisher on my 40 gallon breeder sized Q tank (It came with a 55 gallon set) I got parts in the past with no issues . I have the original box let me go find you the number to get the parts.

Nope. That is the same place I called already. Petsmart customer care. From there they give you the number for the warranty, and that goes to a company that manufactures for PS, and they tell you that any company that manufactures for PS has to brand it as Top Fin, but that they are not the manufacturer of their Filters (as they have many different manufacturers) which brings me back to my same question: who manufactures the filters for PS?
