I think the ghost shrimp in my aquarium have ich...

I have 12 ghost shrimp and most have white spots on them that I noticed today.
In that tank I also have a black ghost knife, a tiretrack eel and 7 glass catfish.
It doesent look like any of the fish have it.
So what should I do, should I take the shrimp out so they dont infect the rest, or should I use medicine(which im scared of using because i hear ghost knifes are sensitive to it)
 
i dont think ghost shrimp are very prone to ich, ive never seen one with it but i may be wrong

I've never seen them with ick either, and I feed them to all my fish at least once a week... Are you sure it's just not the coloration on their shell.. ? Take one out and rub it... jk idk!
