Ideas for stocking a 600-700 gallon aquarium

the windows are like quarter-1/3 inch weather resistant window glass and they are rather small but I’m putting the tank on the floor. I’m gonna start piecing the tank together once I do the pondseal and plumbing
 
And I have the windows rigged so that if they blew out it wouldn’t be bad because they are high up so it only drains ~100 Gallons and preferably no fish
 
fish That I could add in over time would be nice or fish that would be compatible as babies and adults
 
I dunno yet just smart fish with personality and don’t cost 1000$ a month to feed and aren’t TOO expensive
