Not 100% but is it Bridle shiner. Its the only thing close to you that resembles that.

mine was an orangethroat correct. still in shock i caught this in eastern NY WAYYYYYYYYY outta its range

That's why I didn't say orange throat because you said you got it in eastern Newyork
