Identify your North American Native Fish

Totally uneducated guess on my part.
 
I didn't think they went that far west (but see now they do). Do you get them often? are they common? Do yours color up nice? This fish interests me.

I know a few spots where I can get them with some consistency. I have collected them when they were colored up and they were awsome. I never kept any ones I collected until this last batch. I hope I can get them to color up. You want some next time I see them?
 
I never knew how beautiful rough shiners were until KSI posted photos of them. I was hooked right away. I pass right through their home turff but I never know when I have the chance. I might just take you up on that.

I got in on the rough too late, though I must admit, I would have guessed lutipinnis first too.

Is this one E. spectabile?

This was a trick photo. Not altered but two species. 3 of the 4 are male spectabile and a female......
