hey there, I just picked one of those guys up about a month and a half ago. There was a long discussion over the species and it is an 0mpok bimaculatus, as identified by several members I really respect, including necrocanis. Its not a wallago as you will notice the mouth does not extend beyond/behind the eye. Also, note the two darker spots, one on the front and one near his tail. Apparently, as I have been doing some research on them, the scientific community is looking break the currently included specimens down into further specification.
Anyways, he looks great. What's you temp, pH, hardness, etc, and what are you feeding him? Just curious as you are the only other person I know who has one.
