hi all i just got a 48 inch 4x55 watt jebo fixture on ebay for 49.00, its not the one with square edges, it is cast aluminum with with rounded edges i ll past when it gets here about the quality.

I read a lot of bad reviews with Jebo canisters and aquarium accessories. I've had good luck with Jebo tank when I first purchased a 10gallon model R338. I had this tank running for well over 2 years without any issue. I was shopping for a bigger tank and decided to take my chance on their r250 model tank. I have had it for 2 weeks and so far so good. This tank does not look cheap at all so I'm not sure what the other Euge was talking about.
I also got an Oddyssea CSF4 canister filter which is a part of their line-up for 2008. Its the former Jebo brand I guess. I got it off ebay for $60 shipped. Its on its way to my place and I will also chip in in this thread regarding its quality and performance once I received it and have it up and running.
I don't know about filters, but IMO the brand is pure crap. Bought a heater once, lasted 2 days, free replacement was better.......2 1/2 weeks, got that replaced with another that lasted over the weekend and quit working just in time for me to get to a different LFS for a fluval.

i have never owned Jebo. however a friend of mine has one as backup on his marine system, so far so good its been running for about 3mts and its silent. i have the Atman (another Chinese brand, in some markets sold as Aqua One). its very silent to say the least and has a good sturdy canister which is larger than the 2026 (which pumps the same amount of water). i am pleased with it. it has been running for over a year, just replaced the impellor once. Quality wise while not up to eheim is very very good for a chinese brand.
