I know you mentioned bluegill. Check out coppernose bluegill. The pics don't do them justice. They have a really nice purple blue sheen to them. I had a lake stocked with them.

Yea definitely going to get me some. They’re beautiful! Also going to get some redear sunfish, Eastern dollar sunfish, and maybe a black crappie
