All those fish are native to Florida, though shadow bass and green sunfish are restricted to the northern areas. There are also various places online that you can order them from. A few of my favorite sites:

http://forum.nanfa.org/index.php/topic/1948-pricing-current-stock/
http://www.aquaculturestore.com/

The trading dock at http://forum.nanfa.org/ is also a good place to pick up fish. Be sure to introduce yourself on the forum and maybe ask a few questions before posting a want ad.

Can I just catch them in the canal? There are tons and tons of green sunfish and bluegill in my canal.

Bluegill and oscar both get a bit too long for that tank- it's only 12.5" wide, and those fish can easily get longer than that. They will be cramped. Smaller sunfish or cichlids would be better choices.

If you want a community tank, consider some of your local brackish water species. Sailfin mollies (bigger and prettier than petstore mollies), hogchokers, fat sleepers, and lots of gobies, blennies, and killifish can be found along Florida's coasts. You can probably up your tank's salinity without crashing the cycle if you add salt gradually.
