Which are the biggest growing corydoras? I'm looking for ones that get to about 3 inches.....aenueus and sterbai have crossed my mind but I'm looking for some input....thanks.

C. haraldschultzi and robustus both get to about 3.5 inches. What about scleromystax? S. barbatus get up to just under 4", SL.

I do not know the scientific name, but I have gotten several similar looking cories under the common name pepper cory and they have all grown to 3 inches. The one I have right now is about 3 1/8 inch and has easily held his own against a variety of tankmates.

+1 brochis splendens are pretty common, too.

Brochis splendens are very big.

They're most current classification is as Corydoras splendens.

Brochis and Scleromystax both grow fairly large (Brochis are "plumper" where as Scleros are more elongate) and are technically in the subfamily Corydoradinae, just not the genus Corydoras. C. robustus are also a fairly large growing species.
