Yes, yes it is. Lemon Oscars are just a color mutation of the regular lutino red Oscars. Some may stay yellow but the majority of em will turn orange-gold in color. Also don't be surprised if it starts growing black fins as it's just a left over trait from their ancestors. Any line-bred fish (those type oscars included) have the ability to change, as latent genes evolve.
Some revert to varying degrees of natural coloration, some other colors. Whatever is part of their background in the many line of ancestors.
Oscars have been line bed for decades, so there are many combinations and possibilities.
