I believe I got one :3

I was just curious if they're as rare as like, like recent Leucistic RTC.

I've done it this time though, I have a baby normal channel cat, that's spotless, and a likely leucy one. The guy was a little irked because I made him order more of each, and the two I went home with were there before.
But TWO channel cats...whew. Definitely going to need that 300 gallon stock tank, and that'd be just temporary :P:nilly:

I'm sure everyone's going to demand pictures, sooo...

looks like what my albino channel looks like black eyes albino skin, had a suspition it was leusistic. she is now in the 6-9 inch range got her at 2 inches.

Yeah, it's a Leucistic, since Albino is with red eyes.Doesn't matter now. One of the a-holes in my tank took it's head off >.< I love my fish, but sometimes I swear...

If I were you, I'd concentrate on the bigger pond or tank or whatever you're choosing before getting any more fish. I know we've talked about your stock, and you're already planning on upgrading. So, I'd go ahead and do that. At this point, you don't want tiny little fish in with some of the stock you have. They'll likely be expensive feeders (as you've found out). The best thing to do is to go ahead and upgrade and move your bigger guys. Let the little guys have the 75, and then they can growout until they have the ability to deal with the bigger guys.

I love the new picture :D

But yeah, the only thing holding me up has been my inability to sell the setups I have, which would fund the pond project.
I'm getting a 300 gallon stock tank as a stepping stone, it's taken a lot of badgering for my father to finally cave and say that when I get a steady job, I can go ahead and get it.

And it's true. I thought it might be a bad idea but I provided a special little hiding place for them that the big guys can't get into, and considering I've never had problems with little guys before (i.e. the leaffish, and the bichir I named 'Serge' was actually super tiny when purchased as well)...I didn't think there would actually be a problem. But alas, it happened.

Thanks! Yeah, I know how it is trying to sell fish stuff. Nobody EVER wants to pay what we ask. They think that because it's used, they should be able to get it for a sixth of the price new, or whatever. I've gotten some really insulting offers on craigslist. You're definitely moving in the right direction, though. How much room are you working with? I'm not sure how much the stock tank you're looking at is, but I k now that we paid almost a hundred bucks for a 50 gallon one, which I was higher than I thought it should be. You might want to investigate kiddie pools as another, possibly cheaper, option. Fall is a great time to get them on sale!

man ive always wanted to set up a kiddie pool just moneys kinda tight right now with this ****ty economy here in california

I was thinking of putting the C-360 filter up on ebay, but with shipping, there's new ones for only 140, and I was FLOORED. Granted, mine comes with like, a two month supply of media, but there's still no way I could ever get $175 for it with competition like that. Augh. Someone's interested in the 25 gallon acrylic I have, which is honestly in suck condition, with a ghetto-repaired brace and chip in the top, but it is a working, complete set up that looks nice when you're not looking near the top/above, and like, the person said "I'll come by Thursday and maybe we can work something out" and I have this feeling they're going to offer like, $15. >.<
I honestly don't have alot of room, probably like $425 if everything sells at asking price. The rubbermaid stock tank is like...69"x65" and two feet deep, and I can get it brand new for $209. I've been looking at kiddie pools, and would LOVE a kiddie pool (because there's a big black ghost knife sitting in a tank at the pet store so small he can't turn around and can swim backwards maybe...6", so I wanna rescue it and get more monsters), but dad would absolutely not have that, I'm breathing a sigh of relief because he's caving to the stock tank. And while the kiddie pool itself would be cheaper, a filter, heater and lid and chemicals and stuff is going to kill me on that scale at this point in time, anyway.

Oh, totally random though, I had this crazy dream about a red-tailed catfish that was the size and shape of a whale shark, and it was flying through the sky. It was amazing.

The economy is poopy everywhere =\ Especially for highschool grads that have only ever worked for their parents company. Apparently that experience doesn't count =(
