true, but some of these meds are carcinogenic, others can be skin irritants. You need to wear gloves handling them or when they are in the water.

I used this in my tank at 1.5x dosage cause anchor worms was introduced to my tank via some pond fish and I used it per directions other than dosage amount and it worked out great.

I did increase surface agitation in teh sump with a large air pump while medicating

Ended up using Tetra Parasite guard which worked out perfectly, down side is the doses come packaged for small tanks.
