Live vs dry meal worms

Hi I just got an Asian and currently feeding it live meal worm. Just wondering if there is any difference in nutrition between live and dried meal worms?

Just asking as if I go on holiday not sure how the person who would look after it.

The live mealworms will be a little higher in nutrition especially if they were gut fed. Are you just offering mealworms

No he does also eats prawns but was just wondering if they much less beneficial

Freshwater prawns are good too.

Feed a variety of food.
