Niiice, although I am a bit surprised at the growth rate of the tor. I am feeding pretty much the same except for the addition of insects.
Mahseer, Tor, and Neolissochilus at Fish Story

I'm seeing 2" a year. Ma-a-ybe 3" last year. What are you seeing? What is average / to be expected?
The first 6 months their growth was immense, almost 4",two years ago, my tor tors were 10" and 12", today they are almost 18"+ and 20"+
No idea as to what would be average expectancy, in my observations, I have found that tank mates also plays a big role regarding fish growth rates, my cichla and bagarius, grew the slowest when kept along side tors.
The bagarius showed growth spurts after I moved them along side the dorados.

So you are seeing 4" a year with two specimen. Roughly then, my 2"-3" a year with three specimen is not too bad. I can calm down a bit.
Dec 2, 2017 update on the smaller "Thai golden mahseer". Its ID is still a mystery to me.
It's been separated from everybody else in the 4500 gal and placed in a 240 gal to grow up a bit, which it has been doing but painfully slowly. Since I transferred arowanas into that 4500 gal, the size disparity was too much and the arowanas looked like they could in theory attempt to swallow the smaller mahseer.
As I learned from Jibran, mahseer become skittish when solo. Exactly what I have been seeing with this guy. It feeds well but not as infinitely-greedily as its insolent kin gang that remained in the 4500 gal and it is afraid of me no matter what I do near the tank.
The video's point is on a different matter. Never mind that. The mahseer can still be often seen throughout the vid:
