So you did... Run one of those medicines through it's period and see how it goes. Aquarisol is really mild. Metro and Prazi. Offering food with garlic may help also.

The NLS has garlic in it. I am going to isolate the livingstonii, but what about the rest of the tank? Are they susceptible to catching bloat? Has anyone tried feeding Jungle anti-parasite food?

Doesn't sound like bloat. I'm feeding NLS too.

If you find a medicine that works to cure the N.livingstoni then you could use it to dose the rest of the tank if symptoms appear to spread.

Thanks. Yeah I really dont know whats wrong with him. Maybe its stress related, I did add M. Plagiostoma, vacuumed the gravel, and rearranged the tank yesterday. Aside from the poop and not eating he is normal and active.

Lupin gave you good suggestions to use in mild dosages. Or Aquarisol.

Use water from the main tank, and established media in the filter. No carbon.

:iagree: aquari-sol is good stuff, treats evrything

Anyone ever used Jungle parasite clear tablets? I cant find Aquarisol on Petsmarts website and the LFS near me suck and have outrages prices. I know petsmart sells Jungle parasite clear tablets.

Ok, guess I wont go that route then. I will try and find aquarisol, and other suggestions besides aquarisol if I cant find it?

melafix, its herbal so no cancer, + they have it at petsmart, but you should still look for aquarisol

I have actually been using melafix for a cloudy eye. Do I need to get the melafix out of the water before using anything else?

I was able to find aquari-sol on petsmarts website afterall.
