Marble walking catfish

Hi I’m picking up a 13” walking cat tonight for my 6 ft grow out tank plenty of room for him atm just wondering if anyone has had and joy with tank mates, was going to keep him along with a 14” Suckermouth and a 9” pacu, only question is will they get along as I would like to keep the placo in the grow out

the type of pleco can make a difference

they are great fish, should be ok. they grow quickly one of mine ate the sucker of a heater and died it was 67cm long.

It’s a sucker mouth pleco, been in a few hours now all seems ok, red tails no fear lol

The combo would likely be ok. The red tail shark will get eaten by the walking catfish.

Suckermouth catfish = pleco. Both are general terms. It doesn't tell what pleco species it is. Although yours looks like a common pleco. Common pleco narrows it down to a couple species.
