So i go to the grocery store to buy some more shrimp, and i notice that the cooked shrimp is on sale and cheaper than raw shrimp. immediately the voices in my head start telling me that cooked shrimp is bad, and i remember something about the proteins.
i look at both packages and the nutritional value is exactly the same. both have 18g of protein per serving size. so, is there really a difference between raw and cooked shrimp? if so, what exactly is it? or are we all just repeating information we read on the interwebz????

so i decided to get a bag and give it a try. hey, times are tough the fish will either eat what falls in the tank or starve and die!
