max tank for dorado

wat i mean buy chillers is they dont like fluctuations. dorado or dolphin fish is a slatwater species which i would class as thee best coloured fish in the world

this is the dorado he's refering to.. not the saltwater one.. should be fine with no chiller..

got it are they faster growers than p-bass im getting a 300-500 gal tank soon and want to know how fast it would grow out of a empty 180 with a couple payara?

When small thay grow very quickly.

I had two at about 3", they easily put on over an inch a month. They are about 9" now and have slowed slightly. You will be safe to assume an inch a month.

cool.... ok then for nice fast moving water how would i do that ya think, people that have owned them tell me your setups....

for that 180 how would i start... like 2 AC110s on the same side with full flow, or like a side pump across the top...?

thats a small one they get much bigger in the wild and still bigger in aquariums

as far as putting it in with payara, mine is only 6" and won't let anything in the tank with it. but as we all know fish are individuals.
