so i came home today to figure out that the three Mediterranean house geckos had laid 2 eggs also i put a vitamin water bottle cap over the eggs so mom and dad won't crush the eggs also how many days until they hatch and what do i do to keep them alive

I do not know... I get batches and batches of them in the garden, hrar after year. One small guy lives on my fish room...
Move the eggs to a different container if possible and keep them around the same temperature of the location where they were laid. If you can't move the eggs, then move the geckos themselves.

They'll be glued to the glass so don't bother moving them or they will break. You're smart to cover them up with a cap. Just leave them where the gecko laid them because that is obviously where the female wanted them to be. If the eggs are kept in the mid to high 70's they should hatch in roughly 2-3 months.
If you can remove them without harming them that would probably work best.
