i had been working out until around 3 months before my trip, i injured my shoulder and i'd put a bit of weight back on by the time the pics were taken.
i'm back in the gym (actually about to leave in a few minutes) and hopefully will lose what i gained and maybe a little more, my shoulder took months to heal it was awful.
