My field guide says they get 6", same thing. It also says they prefer brackish water and only live at the tip of Florida and the keys. Look for more of them in tide pools, salt marshes, ditches, and lagoons, or wherever you found the last one. If they're anything like other kills, they're seasonal and only live one year.

Netting UPDATErawns x6 ,Barred Jewel Cichlids x2, Lot of Mosquito Fish nice and plump lol ,Hell load of Plecos but only kept one and some native Gobies (O'opu) oh and some grass shrimp sry no pics

well the "boss" made me do stuff around the house today
so i dont have new pix

but i can post some pix i havent posted on here yet


heres my 2 barrels of water plants
no air,no filter,no water changes
plants growing good
there are some mosquito fish in each barrel to eat the mosquitos
unless the frogs got them

i just bought a couple of these plants for my pond..they cost alot here in ny.. oh those plants are awesome.

i went to my parents pond to fish for my cichla just cus you asked



first hole i stopped at

i posted this mayan in the tire in the first part
but seen it again today and you can see a cloud of babies under her this time

big blue tilap guarding a hole
wouldnt bite

now onto my parents pond

if you look real close you can see 2 of the pbass in the pond
once you see one,the other is a bit to the left of it,can barely see the bars on it
sun was setting so hard to get a clear pic

here ya go peanut power

i seen the smallest pb
i casted a fake worm
bam he hit it
yanked,didnt set
casted again
bam,hit again
didnt set it again
3rd time,i said no way he will hit a 3rd time
bam,he hits
i wait,then set the hook like crazy
he gets off again!!!!!
this time he took my worm,not the hook luckily

so i change to a lure and spot the bigger pbass
cast,bam,he hits
i get him
this might be the one rallysman caught im thinking

ah the joys of having a secret pbass pond

so after all that fun

im fishing
i see this lil turtle

then he turns and looks at me

then he starts swimming my way!!

he came right to the edge of the water
and i just reached in and grabbed him!!!!!!!
i was like ----->>>
no joke,no net

anyone know what kind of turt?

yes they are
i try to take as many as i can to feed the aro but those things grow so fast and i cant feed him to big of tilaps
