Like those striped silver dollars the bars are so clear never seen such nice ones. I have a bunch of thin bar and three thick bar silver dollars,they get pretty big, I bought them when they were 3to4 inches long,they cost me 45 bucks each,but if you want them you have to pay
Sweet SDs, and no they aren't cheap. How many you have in your shoal? Only have 6 @ 4f/2m in mine.....Had 8 but the rays had a nice expensive dinner on 2 of them

Those look great Leighton. I'm glad I'm not liking them as my wife is already a little teed off about all this bass I bought off ya. She asked me how much they cost and all I said was $65. She didn't ask how much each so I left it that way, lol.....
I have six thin bar three wide bar I do not know the sex of them. Just moved them into my 420 gallon thank with aggressive fish such as Arowanas Datnoid Red tail garamie and a 16 inch prochlodes and some central American fish. I am using them as divot fish because they never stop moving its working well. How do you tell the sex of silver dollars?
Its easy its the same on all Silver dollar species and Pacu's
male the Anal fin has a Lobe that extends out in the middle of the fin
females do not have this Lobe shape on there Anal Fin. On Redhooks and Widebars females have he nice long Hook shape.
