as of last week i finally made the list :headbang: my new florida spotted 12-13". eats floating pellets and almost anything else. shares a tank with fish ranging from 3" but hes now the largest next to 9" oscar. south and central american cichlid tank mates.

Hey i got 2 Florida gars at 6 - 7".
They eat Floating Pallets and they seems to ignore Market Prawn.
=)

I have a 13" Florida gar named Willis.
He is fed floating Hikari gold pellets, market prawns, bait minnows, crawfish, nightcrawlers and cut fish. He is in a tank with a ornate bichir, Lima shovelnose, red parrot cichlid and some other temporary cichlids. He eats out of my hand and enjoys floating plants.

They are in 5 gallons at the moment..
