I think it's a good idea for the photographers to identify cameras and various gear used, so members can get a better idea of the equipment.

Camera for me is a Canon 450D coupled with the 18-55mm and 55-250mm AF/IS kit lenses and a Canon 430EX II Speedlite used in conjunction with a Glanz MT04 wireless trigger.

Almost Identical gear. Accept I got a 580ex, and cheapy flash trigger, 50mm 1.8f and 28-135 IS.

Are there any point and shoot cameras that I can adjust the shutter speed? And how bright of I light do I need to capture photos of fish? My aquarium light only gives me a 1/2 sec shutter speed with my usual aquarium light...

This is a huge help. When I took photo in college I actually address aquarium photography and exibited quite a few more artistic shots. This will allow me to do legitimately quality work. Thanks so much.

(prior to this all I had worked out was a great prolonged exposure with some neon danios in a planted aquarium.)
