I've read somewhere on hear that it's not too far away, must be a nightmare to start up, not just from the site point of view but to organize the designs, products etc. This is a hobby for most people as with the fish they keep, to start up a fully blown business even if it's not profit would be a real headache for anyone trying so in their spare time. I'm sure if every mod pulled together and worked on the project non stop it would take well over a year to set up, factor in the setup cost as well, someone would have to shell out for initial stock and then hope it sells just to get money back.:WHOA:

Personally if it does come off then great if not, people who 'need' a sticker can just use the template that's been provided here if they need it:)

Thanks AK that is what I meant, I wasnt trying to be a dick. I waited a long time to get a sticker so I thought I would make a version that people can print, since I havent heard any news of new ones being made.

I also apologize, I tend to be blunt online just because it is less typing so sometimes I sound harsher then I really mean to be.
No harm done, my friend :)

How about you post a nice picture of the sticker on your tank now? ;)

It isnt on my tank yet... :(

I am getting my 220 this week and because it is an internal sticker I will be using it for part of my back ground, so I should have pics by this weekend.

I also have a small silver aro, as for decoration it will be pretty basic for now. Just a big resin root for the center and a big 12" clay pot in either corner then a couple of smaller hiding spots with plants and a bubble wall.

it will be pretty basic till I can find a cool real root system for my tank, hard to find in Canada... I might have to go dig up my own and dry it out lol...

oh and sand for substrate..

Ah yes, with an arowana you sure have to go minimal decor for maximum swimming space... Clay pots are great as hiding spots but, IMO, they sure look unnatural... Maybe you could replace them by rock caves?

Going for a symmetrical decor is also not very pleasing to the eye so you might wanna move the root system a bit to one side...

Talking about a nice root system, you could build your own :) Please check this thread for instructions. ;)

And sand is definitely great as substrate! I've recently used it in one of my tanks and I still can't believe how great it looks :) And it's so easy to clean too!

Thanks for the link. I like with sand how the waste just sits on top rather then sinking to the bottom like with gravel.

Ya when I get the 220 I will play with the decor before I fill it up.

Thanks for all the info.
