micro particles

i’ve got the coral life 6x 18 watt one but again, no idea how to connect since when i tried even with fasteners it would leak a lot

If you're using the stock Fluval hose you'll need a couple barbed reducers, a couple hose clamps, and a couple small sections of silicone hose to connect to the sterilizer. I would also reduce the flow as you want more dwell time for the sterilizer to work. The pictures do look more like bacterial bloom than microbubbles.

i had a bacterial bloom the day before for that picture but i turned on my fluval uv sterilizers so its gotten a bit better

just got home and here are the pictures, i have white sand so the water may look scuffed cause it’s reflecting light but the water is pretty clear, its just got these particles

Are you sure they aren't fine particles of sand substrate floating around? It looks more dusty than micro bubbles.

that's the problem, I don't really know what they are. I'm just trying to get rid of them no matter what they are, it could be the fine white sand fish occasionally kickup but its too many particles to be just fish-related I think.
