The small size is balanced with being reclusive and vicious lol. I'm continously fiddling with the decor in mine's enclosure to reach a compromise where he feels secure, but also let me be able to see him.
Zoodiver, being as you have much aquarium experience, I have a question. Do the enclosures in most facilities maintain Paleosuchus (specifically trigonatus) on a greater percentage of land vs water? I've read they are much more terrestrial than other crocdilians. I figured this would make captive housing easier.
