Minowaman broke some guys leg the other day. I'm not sure why they would put Minowa, who has over 100 pro fights, against a guy who was 0-0. Clearly an unfair fight.

I'm so pissed, I missed this by a week. I was just out there! I'll be interested to see how the set-up the Du Arena tho, it doesn't see conducive to watching a fight. But anything is possible in Abu.
I'm sure that it would be an awesome experience because of the fact that you're watching the UFC in Abu Dhabi, but the card doesn't look that good. All of the oversea fights used to have titles on the line. Big Nog vs Nelson as a main event is really just to see who stays relevant and barely in the top 10.
I didn't realize that they are going to build a stadium and tear it down after the event. Apparently that's what they did last time as well.

At a RFA event, a fighter passed out off of his stool and face planted, but was still allowed to continue to fight. That is a very poor decision by the ref and doctor.

You see broken legs in Kickboxing more than MMA, but it's still surprising when it happens to the top fighters. Silva and Spong are two of the strongest kickers in their respective sports. It will be interesting to see if this has an effect on the fighters who make good use of the inside leg kicks.
