Originally I was a fan of jones but he's been losing me little by little. First time I will be rooting against him. Go Cormier!
 
Jeez..a near riot.I haven't seen that much histrionics since Rampage-Evans lol.Kind of stupid though,that promo prop could have fallen on and hurt someone and next thing you know lawyers would have been coming out of the woodwork like a swarm of roaches.
 
I was surprised that Jones started throwing punches. Cormier pushed him back as fighters often do when an opponent is in kissing range. What did he expect?
I thought it was funny when Jones started yelling "ya" at the end like he just won the fight.
I'll be rooting for DC too.

Holmes vs Berbick was the best press brawl. The dropkick off of the car is pretty much untouchable.
 
I forgot about the Holmes- Berbick brouhaha.I heard that Holmes was hot and bothered because Berbick had supposedly said something ill about his wife.
 
the DC/Jones scuffle,.......initially I thought to myself that they're trying to hype the fight. but damn, jones was throwing heat. he didn't look like he held back much.

i'm rooting for DC in this fight but I can't exactly say Jones' actions wasn't justified.

it wasn't a standard shove in the chest. DC pushed his face/neck. I would like to think I'd be able to control myself but I can also imagine that I'd snap too if someone pushed me like that.

I like DC but he seems to be someone who can't control himself during face offs. His emotions gets the better of him in those tense moments. It's weird because he seems really composed and well spoken. and then we see this side of him during weigh ins/promotional stuff
 
So he's done this sort of stuff before? I only recall a little pre fight trash talking.
 
well, he shoved the last dude he fought too

I can see how he was emotional with pat cummings but i'm not sure why he's so angry at jones for.

they don't know each other personally and have no history besides trash talking for a while now.
 
You're right,he does not seem like the type of person that would fly off the handle like that.He usually has a jovial demeanor in his interviews,I bet he'd be subject to try to run through a brick wall to get at someone if he got angry enough or just good and drunk.
