Yeah I was surprised by that myself. I gotta say though he's actually pretty darn good. Seems to come really natural to him. And WTF is this Paramount BS, why did they get rid of SPIKE? Was it not feminine enough or something? 
Plus is it just me or is this dragging like a slug. It's been on for a full 70 minutes and they haven't even got to the 2nd fight yet. Jeez.

Yeah I remember the Nashville network and TNN days. Seems like there was one other name in there somewhere as well.
Haha....just looked it up and it was first known as The National Network before becoming The Nashville Network.When they became Spike they were billed as the first channel to be geared to male viewers.
Just finished watching the Rampage Sonnen match;Rampage looked chubby and slow while Sonnen looked lean and light on his feet .

I know man like I said before I hate Sonnon so friggin bad lol. I agree Rampage looking slow and too heavy. Did you see Mcdonalds left shin from those kicks??? Holy crap that was ugly, looked like he had a head growing out of his shin 
Yeah that was brutal looking...I dont usually like trash talkers but Sonnen's brand of it has grown on me over time.I've no idea how much farther he will go in the tournament but he sure is entertaining to have around.
