That Paludarium looks great... tell me about it... whats in it, whats going in it... etc. Tank looks good too
Thanks:)

At the moment there is just 2 blue rams in there because I only just set it up a few days ago. I never really planned it I just thought hmm this would look cool with half land half water so I bought some gravel and plants( I already had the driftwood and rocks). It's filtered by a fluval 305 and a sponge filter.

Im really not sure what im going to put in there because all reptiles and amphibians in Australia require a license to buy so Ill need to research all that before I make a decision on that. But for fish I was thinking swordtails, tetras and maybe a few guppys. It's filled with around 50 gallons of water so I could put quite a few small fish in there. Is there any kind off small bird I could put in there too lol?

Heres a few clearer pics of the paludarium( the water needs changing because of the tannin:irked:) and Jardini...

sorry about my ****ty photography skills lol.

Lol I figured out what im going to keep on the land part of the tank:ROFL:
umm sorry but i can't see what is it
it looks like a cat to me all i see are 2 bright eyes
dude sorry you have to get a lisense for reptiles and amphibians that's probly the only reason i wouldn't want to live in Australia
as for keeping small birds in there i woukldn't advise it they could drown and at the very least would polute the water
but if you want a cage/aviary i find finches attractive myself

Yeah it our cat its black so kinda hard to see.
Also I was just joking about a bird, but it would be cool though.

Thanks I hope it does:)

Im not doing a paludarium anymore because it's a hassle to get reptile/amphibians its also expensive. The reason I was going to do a paludarium is because this tank got cracked then I patched it but I dont trust it filled to the top. So Im giving this tank away now to a guy that going to make it into a filter for his 10' tank, then im going to order a 6'x30"x24" wide which will probably be the final home for my Jardini.

didn't know you needed a licence to keep stuff... I know you are limited to what your allowed to keep, but not licenced for everything... crazy. What about things like salamanders, newts, frogs of various species. Not sure so much on the reptile side that could go in there.

Not sure about salamanders and newts but frogs and all reptiles require a license to purchase then you have to get over the crazy prices.

I think it's a class 5 license(which is for snakes I think) that requires a proffesional to come to your house and check your enclosure to see if it is good enough:screwy:

Super kinky man!! Thats the way I want our room to be once we get our own place! Gonna be hella tight! What I REALLY wanted though, was to get a waterbed frame, and make it a tank!! I mean shoot, it holds the water bed in there, all you would have to do is get a pond liner and what not, perfecto!! SCORE!!! You could LAY on your fish tank, pull back the covers and watch the fish. Probably not a good idea really....but it might make a cool couch or something!! LoL! Have to have a sign though:

Please do not get freaky, or pass gas on the tank!

Lmao:ROFL: I actually thought of getting a waterbed but the only storage room I have in my room is the bedside table and under my bed:screwy:
