They are usually around 200-300 up here if you know an importer... You can usually get them for super cheap from farms in Florida, though with any paperwork/shipping, it may end up costing about the same.

Just a disclaimer:

I'm NOT encouraging people go out and buy a crocodilian. They can be very dangerous animals if you don't have experience with them.... Start with something safer, like small varanids and find somebody who's willing to train you in crocodilians. Also check local laws. I can not stress this enough, crocodilians are not for everyone.

Agree with your disclaimer.
This guy had a rather dubious looking set up.It was a small space inside of an indoor flea market. He had a few other reptiles for sale;red ear sliders,a Savannah monitor and a few others....gators are illegal here and I've no idea where he even got them from.

Just cuz their illegal doesn't mean their hard to get,it's actually fairly easy to get a lot of illegal stuff (remember whenever there is a ban,and their is demand, there is also a black market, usually anyway).

That doesn't mean you should keep them though.

wild emu can rip u open but the domestic ones do not seem aggressive at all they have a dangerous kick that can easily kill but the domestic ones seem to have that fight instinct bred out of them

but with any powerful animal horses emu always be careful never know what can happen so i dont put myself in vulnrable situations with them like i give them space.

1. id never keep or worth with a gator i just know someone who selling theirs

2. i only keep legal stuff that was bred captive and never keep them in cages only filghts

3. i like to train a lot of birds to free fly
