More tank pics, updated

Man, it must be a special feeling getting fish fry. My fish have never had any so I'm super jealous lol!
The grandbabies are a stout 1/4" and I can see their color/patterns/stripes. Got quite a few pink ones! Bold little things swimming all over the tank. To my amazement the family refuses to eat them! Speck and Slade are letting the fry roam but in the evening they herd the babies to the back Into the plants and cave.
Cutest thing is that the fry recognize me as 'blobby thing with food' and come right to the front with everyone when it's dinner time!

Oh hey, that happens to my blood parrot as well. Idk why but it usually happens at night.
Sometimes Boss gets a white beard that normally lasts for about 3 days. When he was a sub adult his whole belly turned white twice. Kong is normally orange but sometimes goes completely piebald when laying eggs!

Brick has been showing new growth edges on his fins the last month or so. A surprise. And Hulk may soon have rivals in the size department but more on that later.
My bp Tango has done something to his mouth. This evening I noticed one side of his mouth is bunged up and there appeared to be a white pimple on the inside. Right now he's in a bucket with a bit of salt and sulfaplex with plants and an air bubbler. I gently massaged his mouth to see if anything was dislocated but it doesn't seem so. I also massaged inside his mouth where the pimple thing was (his mouth is pretty big and doesn't close). It seems to have burst because it disappeared after. His lip on one side is a bit swollen and slightly discolored up close. He doesn't appear to be in major discomfort but he obviously had no interest in food.
