haha well the fish were not the reson I sold it. I sold it because I have a newer truck that is paid for. But I do have some of the money from the one I sold to play with. lol

I've been doing some rescue here in California and I've thought about the galvinized stock tanks. However I was wondering if there could any leaching of zinc into the water. Any thoughts?

Put a liner in it. Glad to hear somebody else does resuing as well. Beware though, its pretty costly to do. The food bill alone is crazy.

wow this is something.. some of those fish are huge...they would never come in contact with each other in the wild.. i wonder what they think... just wonderful that you have saved them

I'm glad somebody asked about zinc and for that matter rust, I was wondering about that when I recently bought a 300 gallon rubbermaid stock tank, passed on the metal tanks just because I wasn't sure.

You are doing a great thing with this rescue! Great job!
