ummm I have done major over fitration but not over flowing. I had 4 AC110's running on a 20G for about a week as I shuffled tanks about. but your water will have such a hi flow rate the fish will never get a rest.

the wet/dry is currently running a rio90 pump pushing something like 60gph (probably less w/ pump head) and a 20gph fountain pump refiltration line, inside the sump
