Since the last update, I finally got him eating NLS (Jumbo Fish 4.5 Floating). So he's been eating that exclusively with the occasional earth worm as a treat.
As far as size, he's over 12". At this point, I feels he's border-line too large for the 75g and have plans on getting him into a 110 in the near future. One of these days I'm going to try to get an accurate measurement of him. He's tame enough now that I can actually handle him without him freaking out.
He's a great fish and I'd consider him almost dog-like in his disposition. He knows his feeding schedule and if I'm off, he lets me know. He's definitely not a morning fish either. I have to give him at least 30 mins of the lights being on before I attempt to feed him or I will be soaked. All the ornaments are out of the tank because he kept injuring himself either out of aggression or just plain clumsiness.
