Yes but his isn't 600g. Like I said based on the research I've done I wouldn't build a tank over 300 gallons with out a 2×4 frame to support the sides. 600g is a lot of pressure.

I have a tank just under 300gal that I built years ago based on Joey's build. I personally would not trust this style any bigger than what I built. 
Love this tank I've had permission to build a 6x2x2.5 in the living room but nerves have held me off for a long time ?.
That one is 6'x3'x2' inside dimensions. Two-hundred eighty some gallons I believe. Years down the road now, I'm not a big fan of the design. I would rather have it far beefier for more peace of mind. Preacher, u can glue two sheets of 3/4" ply together to make 1-1/2" ply. Then brace outside w 2x4s or 2x6s even. I'm a carpenter/builder though, so I prefer to build them like a house. Lol
When you says this style: Do you mean without 2x4 bracing? The reason I ask is DYIfish did a 625 gallon, it’s posted on here under 600g DYI plywood build, his dimensions are 7 ft x 4ft x 4ft and I was looking at copying his build but 8ftx40 inch x 3ft with bracing like he did accept doing 2 smaller windows in the front and 1 on each side. Just let what you think.

His stand makes me more nervous than the tank. Lol. But it's a very nice build. Very cool tank. He says no problems to date. I still prefer to overbuild. Really makes me want to make a background like that for my 1000gal though! ?
