How often do you get spawning?

So nice! So they all get along? How long have they all been together for?

Yes, they all get along fine.I think having several females helps.The male always has a ripe female to mate with and the others have enough space to respect their boundaries. The females have the odd squabble but nothing ever comes of it.I don't think they would be as peaceful in a smaller set up.Give any cichlid enough space and they behave.
I've probably had them all together just over a year or so.
