My angelfish has bloodshot eyes

Well I have had my angelfish for 2 years. Its in a 20G high tank with a betta (betta has plenty of places to hide form him). Well the problem is that my angelfish has blood in his eyes. It just developed and he doesn't act and different. He also has a red streak at the top of his body right before his fins start.

Any idea what it could be?

It could just be the result of an injury. It could also be bacterial. Since the fish isn't acting any differently, I would lean towards an injury being the cause. Keep an eye on the fish. Keep up with water changes.

Some angelfish have red around the eyes naturally. Giving the impression of an injury. I have an old large silver that has red around the eyes.
