I looked yours over again and zoomed in. It looks to be 15.5 Finlets actually. Hehe it looks real close to be one. Maybe, as it matures. It might develop or..... these below might help :—)

PBB now in main tank. Snuck him in during WC. Snapped a bit at the Faranah Lap but otherwise ok. It is male, approx 11-12” long (eyeballing). Will see how stripes/pattern emerges on new substrate.
