My flower horn has recently been not eating food properly

Recently when I feed the fish it will eat it but soon split it out again, but it will still go after it.
This seems odd to me, can anyone tell me what is going on
The size of the food is shown below.

Most probably if this is new food for him then, fish is not used to the food, try starving him for a day or two. Next probable problem would be some stomach issue. On side note, this doesn't look like a good food.

Hi, this is the same food that I continue to feed the fish but now it doesn't seem to eat it much. If it is stomach issue what actions can I take？

Check ur water quality. If the water is corrected then retry then pellet and hope it’ll take. Would soak in garlic or blood worm juice.

If water is all good then it might be internal parasite. Try general cure and salt, feed him some veggie pellets if possible, if not then boiled veggie like spinach or boiled peas without shell.

Is this the ONLY food you've givin him? Have you givin the flowerhorn ANYTHING else lately?

Yea that's the only food I give, looking back at older pictures it has loss a lot of weight

Those flowerhorn foods are usually garbage so that could be a problem.. usually too high of protein In them and lots of fillers
