My flowerhorn has had a parasitic infection for the past almost 3 weeks and hasn't eaten since then.

His health has been declining for a while. I've tried epsom salt, internal and external parasitic medication for weeks but nothings been working.

Now he's starting to lay down on the floor showing almost no movement. Is there anything I can do or is it over for him.

How old is he? Any pictures? What was he eating and how big is his tank? Any tank mates? Has he been able to drop a duce?

Had a same problem with my first flowerhorn. He was 7 I was feeding diced shrimp once a week as a treat but didn't dice it enough and never soaked his pellets ended up catching bloat. He was doing the same things you described.

Sorry to hear about your Flowerhorn mate.

He was only a bit over a year old. Kept alone in a 55 gallon. He’s been pooping white stringy poop and I’m almost a 100% sure it was an Anchor worm infection and the medications I got for him didn’t seem to work. I didn’t really take any pictures of his current state(still alive but barely😢). I used to feed him pellets and dry larvae but once 2 months back he got bloated so I stopped feeding him larvae as a treat(epsom salt treatment works and he got back to normal then). I have pictures of him from how he looked at the aquarium and some from how he looked in his prime as a baby and an adult tho

Sorry to hear. It was a nice fish. Sounds like it had internal worms. Sounds like it may be too late but levamisole or praziquantel would have helped with that.
I tried medication for internal worms at first and that didn’t work after a week or so. I started to see anchor worms so I got amedication for that as well. Nothing seemed to work. He somehow managed to thug it out for almost over 3 weeks somehow, still laying on the floor barely breathing tho 😢
