Some interesting stuff that i would like to share with you and to obtain some feedbak.

Last Summer I had some Gymno. Meridionalis that had some problems with their spine. So I decided to put them with a turtle for feeder fish. In Spring I take out the turtle and I found 3 Meridionalis alive. Last month a couple of deficient ones was formed and some little ones were born. I decided to let them grow to see if this little ones were deficient like they fathers, or were normal like all the others.

Sunday I observe them and how do you think they are?

Love the progress, hard to believe I have been following this for almost 7 months now. Your green house will be something to be very proud of when its complete. Is the wind generator working yet? Any progress on airation of the water? How is the heating system working, have you had to use it at all yet?

Lots of questions, but thats a good sign for you, must be something impressive if so many people are looking and lots of questions. As many times as I have said it, still an inspiration. I am impressed everytime I look here.

Thank you Jay.

It’s only me, don’t have many help (my father, wife and son help me some times) and I only have weekends. So the things go slowly. I do many things at the same time. But they are going and I believe that I’m going to achieve my goals until the end of the year. For now I must finish covering the GreenHouse and after that I’m going to close the big tank/pound where I have the rays. Then, after these things done, I’m going to dedicate my time to the wind generator and heating process. Each of these steps is one achievement to me.

Are words like yours that encourage me to continue and help to achieve all my goals.

After almost one year that I started this thread I never thought that it would be possible to me to do all that I have already done and to dedicate so much time to MFK. I only hope that someone have learned something with it because I have learned a lot with all of you and with my tests. All my fishes are ok and I believe they prefer this setup (in this comment I include also my rays), rather then being in my aquas at home.

I continue without using any equipment for filtration or aeration. I only use some heating devices in winter (November, December, January and February) in some tanks.
