2" gap between the wall and the tank. Should be enough to circulate some air to keep things in check.

Also the overall dimensions changed once I got started.

The new size is 27' long and 64" wide (5' 4"). This will end up with inside dimensions of 315"x55"x36" or 2700 gallons.
